Can I bring my own buffet or food?
No, we provide catering for all occasions and we can work with you to provide the menu you require.
Decorating tables, may we use table confetti / sprinkles?
No, we do not allow any table confetti. Crystals are strictly not permitted due to possible damage to our floors, and slip hazards.
I want to book a date with you. What do I do?

If the date is free and you wish to go ahead, we require a £100 non-refundable booking fee which secures the date. You may pay this online or at the venue. Our bank details are available upon request. If you are booking a Wedding the non refundable booking fee is £300. Please see the Ts and Cs for our full cancellation policy.
Until we receive the deposit the date is still available for others to book.
What time can my DJ/Band arrive to set up?
Most parties are booked with a 7.30 pm start. We usually allow DJ access at 6.00 pm
May I bring Birthday / celebration cakes?
Of course, we allow you to bring a celebration cake, however we do not allow cupcakes unless they are boxed and taken at the end of the party.
If you are cutting it and eating it on the night please arrange with a family member or a friend to do this for you. Your own plates/napkins etc. are needed for this and all rubbish/leftovers and litter from the cake are to be taken with you at the end of the night.
Please do not bring the firework style candles
May I bring table decorations?
You may dress your own tables if you wish. We do ask that you don’t stick anything to the tables, use any table confetti, crystals, gel balls or live candles.
Do you have a Candy Cart?
Yes, we do hire our own sweet table with Ferris wheel filled with sweets. Our 2021 fee is £165
We do not allow external sweet tables or any other food drinks or cupcakes.
May I have a chocolate fountain at my party?
We ask they arrive and set up one hour before the party is due to start.
We allow use of our power and we charge £25 external supplier fee and we do not allow use of our tables, staff or our kitchen.
Do you have a projector and screen to display photos?
Room hire in our downstairs Piano bar includes use of our projector and screen. If you wish to use the projector please provide your pictures in a JPEG format on a USB drive prior to the event
Do you have a Car Park?
We do have our own private car park for approx 12 cars at the rear of our building.
Access to this is via Central road SS17 0BX Please look for the green hedge our black metal gates.
We do suggest you give these details to your DJ or entertainment.
May I provide my own wine / champagne for toast?
No. All drinks must be purchased from the bar.
Can I extend the party time till 1 am?
Usually we are able to activate our late licence till 1 am on Friday and Saturday nights. This extension incurs an additional charge of £120
May I have a light up dancefloor laid?
No. We are sorry but we do not allow allow dancefloors to be laid in either of our rooms.
