Our light and airy ballroom is a perfect venue for your special celebration. Available for hire for most occasions or included with one of our event packages you will find the ballroom is an ideal, spacious room with a dancefloor, bar and toilets all located within the same room. Maximum capacity is 180, for all functions, to comply with fire regulations.
Our beautiful “Cinderella” inspired bandstand is the focal point and centrepiece of the room. Happy couples exchange their marriage vows in the bandstand. Covered with flowers and fairy lights, it is a visual statement and beautiful to view.
With twinkly lights and dressed walls, decorative features, this pretty location will appeal to most tastes. The function room is licensed as a wedding or civil ceremony room and can be exclusively reserved for this purpose.

Unfortunately, this room, being located upstairs in our regency style building is not suitable for guests who are unable to walk up the stairs. Our stair lift was removed upon instructions from the Fire Service. We are upset that we had a stairlift for 7 years and we now are unable to offer accessibility.
We have an external covered staircase for good access for DJs and other performers.
Regular party times are from 7:30pm (with access from 6:00pm) until midnight. A 1am finish time is available on certain days for an extra £120. Last orders at the bar are called 20 mins before your finish time.
